Sharing about what we are doing in Haiti is always really easy for me, because I love to talk about Haiti and all of the cool stuff that God is doing through God's Littlest Angels Orphanage. It's kind of tricky for me to remember that not everyone knows exactly what I'm talking about. Things can be quite familiar to me, but you might have no idea of what I'm talking about. If I mention someone, something or some place that you have no idea of what I'm talking about and would like to know, please ask me/us! I'd love to share.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we are busy planning our next few fundraisers. We will be holding an offering at Hillcrest CRC on April 20. Please pray that God would open the minds and hearts of the people at Hillcrest to give generously to help pay for our in-country costs. We will be holding a carwash and hot dog sale at the Hudsonville bowling alley on May 3, where you can come and eat lunch and have your car washed at the same time! We will also be holding a bake sale at Gemmen's Hardware store in Hudsonville on May 10, the day before Mother's Day, so you can come and buy some tasty treats before the special day! Please pray for the plans that are being formed for these events, and that the turnout and participation would be high.
